Example: Name: John Doe and Social Security Number: 123-45-6789 will produce User Name: jdoe6789 and Password: 6789
Your user name will be the first letter of your first name, your last name and the last four digits of your social security number, i.e. jdoe6789. Your password will be the last four digits of your social security number, i.e. 6789.
Example: Corporation: John Doe Corp. and Federal Tax ID Number: 12-3456789 will produce User Name: C123456789 and Password: 6789
Your user name will be the letter ''C'' and the entire 9 digits of your Tax ID number. Your password will be the last four digits of your tax ID number i.e. 6789.
